• Principal worked as director of Engineering for Dole Fresh Vegetables for 2.5 years and in multiple engineering positions at McCormick and Company. Managed US $15 million capital budgets annually.
• Principal Managed 6 major food facility and processing projects over an 18 year period for large corporations.
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
• Work with a Proven 4 phase project management method as well as a "Fast Track" method for short deadline projects.
• Ability to integrate electrical and controls with mechanical equipment.
• Strong background in machinery and operator safety systems.
