- Commissioned as overall project managers to design and build a new refrigerated "Greenfield" fresh cut processing and packaging facility overseas including construction management currently in operation.
- Completed a high throughput carrot washing and transport system from design through supplying the equipment.
- Contracted to offer design overview of a new spice processing facility overseas.
- Designed a chilled and auto-chlorination water system to supply all fresh cut production lines.
- Installed a chlorine dioxide water disinfection system in a 50 Hectare greenhouse for pesticide free tomatoes.
- Redesigned manual broccoli floretting lines using the AIT automatic floretting machine running at 100 crowns/minute.
- Redesigned a 10 year old salad plant to streamline the process flow and added new process machinery to modernize the facility.
- Implementing more installations of Chlorine Dioxide to kill pathogens in a fresh berry plant that uses surface water for irrigation.
- Contracted for design of a complete fresh juice processing and bottling plant with hot fill.
- Designing process and packaging line for a fresh cut fruit and hard vegetable plant for distribution in schools.
- Implementing an expansion to a hydroponics salad processing facility.
