The Equinox Group is a Monterey, California based engineering firm providing solutions for the food and beverage industry.  EQUINOX MEXICO, S.C is now open in Guanajuato Mexico to better serve clients in Mexico. Within this industry, we have further specialized in the following markets:

• Fresh cut fruit and vegetables (refrigerated facilities).
• Processing and packaging of dry bulk powders such as spices & seasonings.
• Processing of fresh and dry chilies.
• Liquid condiments such as mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup.
• Steam sterilization of herbs and spices.
